can't do it all! We have developed a network of service
providers who cover most of the chores associated with
home ownership. We have learned who does a great job of
carpet cleaning, dry cleaning, handy-man repairs ? you
name it, and we have probably arranged it.
That's where our service providers come into the
picture. Here's how it works.
We have listed various service providers on our web
site. When you need some help, consult our list. Click
on the person's name, take down the contact information
and arrange for a quote. You can even send them an
e-mail or fax directly from our web site.
Discuss the scope of work, learn about their fees, and
arrange for service. Afterward, return to our web site
and rate their performance. The service providers know
you'll be doing that. We feel that is just more of an
incentive for them to provide top-of-the-line service to
you. If we see a trend of disappointments, the service
providers also know we'll drop them from our list. We
believe losing future business from our referral network
will motive them to rectify just about any deficiency we
can think about.
You are not required to use any of the listed service
providers. Your selection of any of the listed service
providers shall constitute a referral only. While there
are other businesses that offer similar or the same
services to those offered by the listed service
providers, we have been pleased with the past
performance of the listed service providers. The listed
service providers are independent contractors and are
not employees. We make no representation or warranty
concerning future work and / or conduct of the listed
service providers. We shall not bear any liability
arising out of any action or inaction of the service
